To support individuals experiencing social disconnection, emotional hardship, and limited access to services. We create safe, inclusive spaces for self-expression, healing, and reconnection through creativity, nature-based activities, and holistic wellness practices.

Wellwalk Dundrum

3rd Sunday of the month @ 3pm

Experience the joy of walking together, socialising and being active.

We welcome those over the age of 18, who have low levels of fitness and activity, those with medical constraints such as fibromyalgia, MS etc. The walks will be accessible for all, on flat level footpaths and at a slow to moderate pace gradually progressing, depending on the ability of the group.

Free of Change but participants must register their details prior to joining the walks.
